Day Eight – You did it! You got us over the hump with 100 VOTES

Happy Tonics wishes to thank VOTERS for getting us to a milestone at Planet Earth Climate Change Native Habitat and Community Garden Shell Lake grant proposal. 100 VOTES qualifies us to be eligible for another round at a future date. New Orleans' worthy grant is in top right now. That was a great game yesterday. Thank you Saints for quite a show. You deserve every minute of your success and the blessings you are sharing with New Orleans right now.

Good News! Happy Tonics was given permission today to implement a raised bed garden at Friendship Commons, the senior center. Washburn County Public Land and Land Sales unanimously approved the project. Happy Tonics received a grant from Leopold Education Project and Pheasants Forever to fund the project. Sustainability starts from the bottom up with one garden at a time. The Girl Scouts of Shell Lake will implement the project.

With your help, we can continue our Morph Your Mind Environmental Education Programs throughout the region. The nonprofit is growing but the budget is always the same, struggling as a nonprofit grassroots organization. This grant from Brighter Planet would be a big help to us.
Hope to see your VOTES soon. Be happy Voters where ever you are.
